Prayer & Share
The Prayer and Share Group meets weekly on Tuesday mornings.  They go over a daily devotion taken from The Upper Room, have discussion, come together in prayer for those in need and issue correspondence.  Of course, they have plenty of coffee and snacks.  If you would like to be a part of the Prayer and Share group please contact the church office at 931-388-6410 for meeting locations.
People's Table
The mission of the People's Table is to serve those that may have to make a choice between food and other basic needs of life.  St. Luke serves a meal at People's Table every 5th Tuesday as part of an ongoing ministry.  If you would like to volunteer your time to this wonderful ministry you may email Mary Ann Horner at horner.maryann@yahoo.com
Prayer Shawl Ministry
We welcome anyone who knows how to knit/crochet or would like to learn.  Our prayer shawl team provides shawls to those in need.  The shawl maker begins with prayers and blessings for the recipient. The intentions are continued throughout the creation of the shawl. Upon completion, a final blessing is offered before the shawl is sent on its way. Some recipients have continued the kindness by making a shawl and passing it onto someone in need. Thus, the blessing ripples from person-to-person, with both the giver and receiver feeling the unconditional embrace of a sheltering, mothering God!
